April Happenings and a Happy Birthday to US!

Here at Team JB3 we've had a mighty busy start to the year. We had only just arrived back from our super fun tour to Victoria when we played a bunch of gigs during one of Perth's legendary January heatwaves - hot stuff!

After we replenished our electrolytes we started rehearsing for the recording of our second six-track EP which we are very excited to have completed with the wonderful Lee Buddle at Crank Studios in Northbridge. The official release for the EP, titled Graveyard Salsa, isn't till June but
if you're a keen cucumber and come to Fairbridge Folk Festival on April 13-15, you might just be able to get a sneaky advance copy!

We're also celebrating our 2nd birthday on April 21st with a special birthday bash at Ya Ya's in Northbridge. The Empty Cup will be doing a crackin' late set (check out sounds here http://soundcloud.com/the-empty-cup) and we'll be cutting a cake to share, so we'd love to see you there!
